This beach is preferred by young people, because of the many beach bars, kiosks, sports facilities and restaurants which serve traditional and regional food. During the summer, day and night, you can find here the most exciting parties, raves and bonfires.
This beautiful beach with multi colored cliffs offers lots of beach bars and some sports facilities like kayaks and hobiecat sailing. Here you will find medium waves at high tide and natural swimming pools at low tide. More towards the south you will find the preserved beach areas of Arraial d’Ajuda.
This mostly deserted beach with impressive multi colored cliffs and mostly untouched Atlantic forest has always been one the favorite postcard image of Arraial d’Ajuda. Some parts offer waves for surfing and body boarding. Here you will find the Lagoa Azul (blue lagoon) which provides a welcome refreshing for the people walking towards the city of Trancoso.
This is the last beach before entering the beaches of the nearby town called Trancoso. On the left side you can find powerful waves and on the opposite side the river forms an inlet with calm, clear and warm waters.
